1. Who we are
The polskanosybe.pl website is operated by Global Talent Mobility Services — a company registered in Madagascar (NIF 3017750706, RCS 718 991 073816). We provide advisory services for visas, company registration, real estate and relocation on Nosy Be and across Madagascar.
2. What data we collect
- Contact-form data: full name, email, phone number (optional), subject and message body.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, anonymised visit statistics (where analytics tools are used).
- Correspondence: exchanged via email, WhatsApp or phone during our consultations.
3. Why we process your data
- To reply to your enquiry and deliver the consultation (basis: your consent / pre-contractual steps).
- To deliver the advisory service you commissioned (basis: contract).
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations (basis: legal requirement).
- To improve our website and run basic analytics (basis: legitimate interest).
4. How long we keep your data
Enquiries without a signed contract — up to 24 months from last contact. Client data during active engagements — for the duration of the contract and 5 years afterwards (accounting obligations). Technical server logs — up to 12 months.
5. Who we share data with
Your data is never sold and never shared for marketing. In specific cases, it may be transmitted to:
- trusted technical partners (hosting, email) — strictly to the extent required;
- notaries, accountants and lawyers if you commissioned us to run your case;
- Madagascar administrative authorities (e.g. EDBM, Ministry of Interior) if your case requires it (visa, company);
- government authorities upon a lawful request.
6. Data transfers outside the EU
Our registered office is in Madagascar, so processing takes place partly outside the European Economic Area. We apply technical and organisational safeguards aligned with GDPR standards (encrypted correspondence, access limited to authorised staff, agreements with sub-processors).
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- rectify or complete inaccurate data;
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten") when we have no other legal basis;
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO).
To exercise any of these rights, write to kontakt@polskanosybe.pl. We reply within 30 days.
8. Cookies
The website uses only cookies strictly required to operate the site and — optionally — analytics cookies (to count visits and improve content). We use no advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
9. Security
We apply HTTPS encryption, strong passwords on our systems, restricted access to client data and regular backups. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you promptly, as required by GDPR.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this document if regulations change or our service scope evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the update date at the top of the document.
